I have been training with Kaylin for 3 months now consistently, and I have been part of her gyms in the past. As someone who never “liked” working out and always was overwhelmed by the gym, I have never had such a more welcoming experience at MSFTS. Kaylin truly cares so much about each individual who comes into her gym. The community she has created through exercise is unlike any other I have seen. Her philosophy of “strong not skinny” has been a eye opening change for me as I have never seen anything quite like this before. Kaylin truly is so encouraging, whether physically helping us fix our form, or telling us that we can do it. She cares so much about fitness and it shows so much in each exercise we do. She is also so amazing at modifying everything and making everything so personalized and tailored to each individual which is so important to me as someone who, in the past, would never even think of doing a plank or lifting a weight and who is now doing things like bench pressing. Through positive body image reminders and encouragement I would recommend this gym 100 times to anyone looking for a welcoming, safe environment. I never feel afraid to ask questions or make mistakes here and I think I would feel this way at another gym. I can’t say enough how cared about I feel by Kaylin inside and outside of the gym
