It’s finally time! You’ve seen the heavy bag, the speed bag and the colorful gloves… now it’s time to box!
Boxing is great low impact cardio (and drills can be modified from high impact) and it’s for ALL LEVELS AND AGES. TKO has years of experience teaching boxing to adults, kids and people with Parkinson’s (Rock Steady) and she will teach you!
It’s not ONLY great cardio- boxing is EVEN BETTER for stress, anxiety, pent up aggression and everything in between.
This is a paid program running 4 weeks at a time. Classes will be limited to 10 people so everyone gets individual attention and focus to work on their drills and skills.
